The paintings in the Mexican Palace showed the history of Mexico. We found the photo of the bearded white God who taught the Mexican people how to live and return to their God very exciting as it follows the Book of Mormon exactly. The painting of the Warrior offering a cut off arm reminded me of the Book of Mormon Story of Ammon. The guide told us that the arms showed a warrior giving an arm to the God of War to demonstrate the loyal protection of their freedom. Interesting.
