Through our visit to Mexico we climbed over a thousand steps to get the top of pyramids in Teotihuacan, Uxmal and Palenque and visited Mayan ruins and pyramids in Chichen Itza and Tulum. Between Terry, Chris and I we took over a thousand photos too.The ruins almost all had religious temples and some kind of "tree of life" symbol. They were all fascinating, surrounded by beautiful scenery and fun walks with interesting tour guides.
